Double Chocolate Chip Muffins with Hazelnuts

Recipe (18 muffins)
1 1/4 (300g) cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup (240g) semisweet chocolate chips
shelled hazelnuts

1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Do not overmix.
3. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
4. Put Hazelnut in each muffin.
5. Baked in preheated oven for 22 (200 degree celcius) minutes or until puffed and toothpick inserted into centre comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
