My 1st Full Marathon (10th Marathon)

2009年年尾,参加了Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (10km)。那次也是我人生第一次的马拉松。不知不觉,昨晚参加了人生的第十次马拉松。且这次是人生第一次全马拉松 (42km)。

不过,真的没有什么为这次的全马拉松做准备(练习不够)。比赛是晚上10点开始,可是由于塞车的关系,我们10:40pm才开始跑。(由于塞车的关系,还要步行3km到起点 x_X)。心想,稍后要跑42km,还要浪费体力走3km。

在这次全马拉松前,我跑过最长的是去年的 Singapore Passion Run(25km),以及去年 Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (21km)。一下子增加那么多,跑全马拉松,真的不知天高地厚。

42km,真的是很长的路。很多参赛者,都有佩戴MP3,一边跑,一边听歌,而我却没有。当我跑到16km时,感觉左脚好象要抽痉,唯有停下脚步,休息一下。稍微休息2分钟后,便继续跑。一直告诉自己,不能休息太久,因为42km实在太长了。

好不容易跑过了21km, 25km (人生跑过最远的路程),一直到看到30km。那一刻,觉得自己是很棒的。可是距离42km终点还有12km啊。不管那么多了,告诉自己,那么艰难来到30km处,便到路边坐下,休息几分钟。

路还是要跑的,自己也不敢怠慢, go go go。30km开始,双脚肌肉真的很痛,突然想到一个策略,便是跑1分钟,走一分钟。这样,可以避免双脚抽筋。一路上,看到情侣,朋友,也有像我那样一个人跑得参赛者。估计有1万名全马拉松参赛者。

咬紧牙根,一直跑,一直走,最后终于来到40km了。看一看自己佩戴运动表的时间 - 6小时。告诉自己,继续使用跑,走的策略,便可以在6小时30分中之内到达终点。

冲过42km Finishing Line 的那一刻,真的是难以置信。过后便到Medal and food counter领取 Finisher Tee, 奖牌,香蕉,100 plus 以及 矿泉水。

终于完成人生第一次的全马拉松,现在需要注意的便是注重 Post Marathon Diet,好好补充这次全马拉松所失去的能量。

p/s: 参加全马拉松之前的体重是58kg,跑完马拉松后是55kg,自己也吓了一跳。因为来新加坡工作,一向来的体重都是大约60kg。上星期从胡志明市回来后下降到58kg,想不到跑了全马拉松后更下降到55kg。 OMG,可以想象一下跑完全马拉松所流失的水份,能量真的非同小可。告诉自己在接下来的一,俩个星期要多吃 Carb, protein之类的食物,补充失去的能量。

Problem Description:

SQL> drop user strmadmin cascade;
drop user strmadmin cascade
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01940: cannot drop a user that is currently connected

Solution of The Problem:

Find out the connected user sid and serial# by,

SQL> select sid, serial# from v$session where username = 'STRMADMIN';

SID SERIAL#
---------- ----------
268 1268
315 1223

Before killing session you may wish to lock the account for further connection attempts. This is extremely necessary to drop a user who automatically establish session like to drop an application user or to drop a user who perform batch jobs.

SQL> Alter user strmadmin account lock;

Now kill the connected session.
SQL> alter system kill session '268,1268';
System altered.

SQL> alter system kill session '315,1223';
System altered.

And then drop the user.
SQL> drop user strmadmin cascade;
User dropped.

金针豆腐瘦肉汤 Lily Flower Soup with Toufu and Lean Pork

材料:
金针 22g
豆腐 半块 (切块)
雪梨 1粒 (切片)
木耳 10g
蜜枣 5粒
无花果 12粒
陈皮 25g
排骨 700g
清水 2200ml

调味料
盐 1/4 茶匙

炖法
1. 排骨以沸水汆烫5分钟,捞起,洗净。
2. 金针与木耳浸透,洗干净,剪去硬蒂,放入沸水中煮约3分钟,捞起备用。
3. 雪梨削皮,切块。无花果洗净,切片。
4. 将所有材料洗净后放入炖盅,倒入清水,隔水炖足3小时,加入1/4茶匙盐,即可食用。

功效:
补血安神,润肠开胃。

特点:
1. 金针具有丰富的铁质,有补血和安定神经的作用。
2. 木耳含有高钎维素,有助于清除血管内的致癌物,预防心脏血管疾病。
3. 豆腐含有丰富的植物蛋白,是人体生命活动的物质基础。
