没有运动的一周 x_X

在虎年到来前的一周,很遗憾的,我都无法(或者说是不够精神)去家里附近的 Park 跑步。我的两个housemates是典型的运动主义者,一个希望可以达到55kg的体重(比我矮少许);另一个希望可以maintain 60kg体重 (之前他没有那么健硕)。他们和我一样都喜欢跑步,可是timing不一样,他们喜欢晚上(早上不能那么早起床);而我喜欢早上(因为喜欢早上的的清新空气,可以边跑边看 uncles/aunties们耍太极,晨操 ^_^。

希望今天回家可以尽快完成任务,11点上床睡觉,明天来个牛年的最后一个晨跑吧!

Excerpts from Men's Health magazine:
A new study in the journal Obesity found that people who lost weight (including some visceral fat) and exercised 80 minutes a week didn't regain visceral fat after a year. Those who didn't work out - but still kept a healthy weight - had 25 percent more visceral fat.

所以说规律的运动是很重要的哦!千万不能怠慢!
