Banana Lemon Muffin

Ingredients: (18 muffins)
2 Ripe banana
2 eggs
60g milk
80g caster sugar
170g vegetable oil
200g plain flour
1tbsp lemon zest
2tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp baking powder
1/2tbsp baking soda
hazelnut

Steps:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place the oven rack in the middle of the oven.
2) Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt into a large bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat the mashed bananas, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil together.
4. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
5. Divide the batter into the muffin tray.
6. Bake in preheated oven on the middle rack for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
