Obviously, I benefited after watching the clip. Some new info which I had gained: 1) < intake of 4 egg yolks per week (this reminds me that my room-mate likes eat a lot of eggs. He consumes more than 10 eggs per week...sounds horrible ) 2) Balanced diet (Eat a wide variety of foods) 3) Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables, legumes, whole grains and nuts 4) Limit sugary foods, salt, and refined-grain products. 5) Last but not least, regular exercise
