Chilled Mangoes Cheese Cake

第一次尝试做 Cheese Cake... ^_^
成品：出炉的 Cheese Cake 不会太 heavy...吃多了不会觉得腻


材料 Ingredients:
芒果2粒, 切丁 2 Mango, Diced (建议3粒，2粒不够)
柠檬汁 1汤匙 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

(A)
消化饼干 250克 250g Disgetive Biscuit
奶油 125克
125g Butter
可可粉 20克 20g Chocolate Powder

(B)
忌廉芝士 250克 250g Cream Cheese
鲜奶油 200克 200g Whipping Cream

(C)
鱼胶粉 2汤匙 2 Tablespoon Gelatine Powder
水 6汤匙 6 Tablespoon Water

(D)
蛋黄 2粒 2 Egg Yolk
幼糖 160克 160g Caster Sugar
牛奶水 150毫升 150ml Full Cream Milk

器皿 Utensils:
8"圆形蛋糕烘模(附有易脱盘) 8" Round Cake Moulds (with removable pan)
杆面棍 Rolling Pin

Cake Base 饼底
01 - 将消化饼磨碎。
02 - 将其余的材料(A) 倒入磨好的消化饼。
03 - 均匀的搅拌材料(A)。
04 - 然后倒入预先涂了牛油的蛋糕盘。
05- 将材料弄平厚度一样的饼底。
06 - 之后将这饼底冷藏至大约30分钟。

Filling 馅料
07 - 在材料(B)中,把忌廉芝士放入电动搅拌器。
08 - 将忌廉芝士打至光滑半液体状。
09 - 再加入鲜奶油和柠檬汁, 把两者打至均匀混合就可以了.
10 - 在材料(C)中, 先将鱼胶粉溶于水中, 再隔水加热, 才能将前者完全溶解.
11 - 在材料(D)中, 把全部混合在一起后, 均匀搅拌, 在隔水加热大约五分钟.
12 - 将材料(D)取出, 然后浸在冷水之中使之恢复室温.
13 - 接下来将材料(D) , (C) 顺序加入材料(B), 然后均匀的搅拌.
14 - 将饼底从冰箱取出, 将芒果均匀的扑放在上面. 然后将之前的混合料倒入.
15 - 然后将它冷藏至少二至三个小时或隔夜.
16 - 从冰箱取出后, 如果表面很结实, 就是完成了.
17 - 为了避免黏附在蛋糕模的蛋糕取出时破坏形状, 先用刀子在用沿着蛋糕模将它们分开.
18 - 冷冷甜甜的芒果芝士蛋糕就可以吃了.
